- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in assigned undergraduate courses
- Prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and instructional materials aligned with course learning objectives
- Facilitate classroom discussions, critical thinking, and active student engagement
- Assess student learning through assignments, exams, projects, and other appropriate methods
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student academic growth
- Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and required course records
- Communicate effectively with students and provide appropriate academic support
- Collaborate with department faculty and College personnel as needed
- Follow College policies, academic standards, and established course requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in the applicable discipline or a closely related field preferred
- Previous college-level teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the applicable subject area
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to engage and support students with a variety of backgrounds and learning needs
- Commitment to student success and academic excellence
- Ability to effectively utilize learning management systems and other instructional technology
